FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed invention concerns medicine, urology, namely regenerative renal surgery with using tissue transplantation. Kidney is excised. Spongy allogen biomaterial Alloplant of cell diametre 100 to 250 mcm is applied on a wound renal surface. It is covered with membrane biomaterial Alloplant to be fixed to renal capsule.
EFFECT: method provides appropriate wound healing, stimulated regeneration of renal parenchyma and its connective-tissue tunic without fibrosis, recovered anatomic and physiological kidney integrity, physiological fixation with preserving kidney lability, prevented nephroptosis and floating kidney syndrome.
