FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: mesh implant is fixed with a moderate tension after the end of a defect plasty by local tissues atop. The dispersed Alloplant biomaterial is applied on an implant surface and distributed in regular intervals with filling of cells. After that a 2.5% solution of the "Sulphacrilat" medical glue is applied on an implant surface in amount of 4 ml. Operation ends with sealing of a dermal wound.
EFFECT: formation of the high-grade fibrous tissue including as a matrix of the referred fibrogenesis mesh implant, and a formed polymeric biodegradated membrane prevents biomaterial washing from cells by a tissue exsudate.
