FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hydraulic apparatus for traction, in particular for knee joint surgery. Hydraulic apparatus for traction has at least one pair of operating sections consisting of upper and lower operating sections (11, 13), which are made with possibility of regulation with respect to each other, and at least one replaceable device (15, 17) of piston in cylinder, made from plastic. Piston (15) of device is connected to one operating section (11) in separable way, cylinder (17) being connected to other operating section (13) in separable way. Cylinder (17) is made rigid by means of outer supporting holdfast (19) supporting cylinder (17) from outside, and at least one strengthening insert (21, 23, 25) made with possibility of insertion into cylinder (17) together with piston (15).
EFFECT: invention ensures simplicity of construction and manipulation and additional information at surgeon's disposal during operation.
