FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery. Pins are passed through bone segment and exposed longitudinal chip. From wound surface side of chip support sites are formed on pin end. Through chip and opposing it bone segment, from the latter side, in oblique sagittal plane additionally minimum two crossing pins, which have smaller rigidity, are passed.
EFFECT: method increases stability of fixation and controllability of formed fragments.
