Tunnelling of their diaphysial segments is performed. Through additionally drilled hole at the level of diaphysial segment of bone or bone fragment towards one of metaphyses tunneling of metaphysis is performed with formation in it of minimum one dead canal from the side of intramedullary cavity.

EFFECT: stimulation of osteogenesis, elimination of post-operative complications, reduction of treatment terms.
