FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and veterinary, and is intended for stimulation of reparative regeneration of injured bones under conditions of retarded osteogenesis. Fixation of bone fragments with apparatus for transosteal osteogenesis is performed. 3-5 days after operation dosed distraction force with 0.5 mm a day rate is applied to bone fragments during 4 days. Then fragments are fixed in attained position for 3 days, after which compression is performed with accurate matching of fragments, orienting them relative to longitudinal axis, with fixation tillconsolidation.
EFFECT: ensuring osteogenesis stimulation, enhancement of microstimulation in fracture region, reduction of treatment terms.
