FIELD: animal breeding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to animal breeding and can be used for animal shearing. The device contains a shearing machine with reduction gear, layshaft, dielectric plug, armour-plated flexible shaft, high speed driving motor, flat-topped fixed supporting bracket with cross-bar and guide block with upper and lower profiled rollers.The armour-plated flexible shaft has 2.8-4 mm diametre and made with possibility being moved along the longitudinal axis of the layshaft. The armour-plated flexible shaft is connected with the shaft of the high speed driving motor through the dielectric plug. The reduction gear kinematically connected with the outlet end of the armour-plated flexible shaft by means of the layshaft, the ends of the armour-plated flexible shaft are firmly fixed on the supporting bracket and flange placed on the case of the high speed driving motor. The guide block is pivotally fixed on the case of the high speed driving motor. The upper and lower profiled rollers are designed being able to enclose the cross-bars of the fixed supporting bracket. The armour-plated flexible shaft has the length exceeding the length of the cross-bar of the fixed supporting bracket in1.1-1.7 times. Each profiled roller has diametre exceeding cross section diametre of the cross-bar of the fixed supporting bracket in 3-5 times.
EFFECT: whereby service life of armour-plated flexible shaft is increased and operation comfort is provided for personnel.
