SUBSTANCE: invention refers to new compounds of formula (I) and to its pharmaceutically acceptable acid-additive salts. The compounds under the present invention are active to bind cannabinoid (CB) receptor. In general formula (I) , X stands for -S-, -S(=O)-, -S(=O)₂-, -S(=O)₂N(H)-, -P(=O)(OCH₃)-, -P(=O)(OH)-, -N(H)-, -N(CH₃)-, -N(H)C(=O)N(H)-, -C(=O)-, -C(=O)O-, -N(H)C(=O)-, -C(H)(OH)-, -C(H)=N-, -C(H)=C(H)-, -CH₂N(H)-or -C(=NH)-; R¹ stands for phenyl, naphthyl, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthyl, indolyl, quinolinyl, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolinyl, isoquinolinyl, benzimidazolyl, 2-oxo-1,3-dihydrobenzimidazolyl, benzoxadiazolyl, benzothiadiazolyl, benzotriazolyl or indanyl which can be optionally substituted; R² stands for hydrogen, -OR⁴ or -N(R⁵)R⁶; R³ stands for hydrogen; cyano; oxadiazolyl, piperazinyl or tetrazolyl optionally substituted with methyl; -C(=O)R⁷, -OR⁸ or N(R⁹)R¹⁰.
