FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: film consists of bimodal terpolymer containing low-molecular ethylene homopolymer and high-molecular ethylene terpolymer, 1-butene and α-olefin C6-C12, or bimodal terpolymer containing low-molecular polymer being two-component ethylene and α-olefin copolymer C4 or C5, and high-molecular polymer being either two-component ethylene and 1-butene copolymer if low-molecular polymer is two-component ethylene and α-olefin copolymer C6-C12, or ethylene 1-butene and α-olefin terpolymer C6-C12. Film process is multistage involving at first preparing low-molecular polymer in a suspension reactor. Then the suspension is delivered in to a separating apparatus wherefrom polymer containing the active catalyst is introduced into a gas phase reactor. Produced bimodal terpolymer is extruded on Colin's line.
EFFECT: film is characterised with possesses wide molecular weight distribution, excellent impact strength and high instantaneous impact resistance or moderate instantaneous impact resistance along with good optical properties.
