SUBSTANCE: at cooling gas or air streams are discharged from blowing tubes, by which there are outfitted pipe splint, located on certain distance one from each other crosswise strip direction of travel, with these streams directed to corresponding strip surface, be inclined with essential grade to edges of defined strip in plane, perpendicular to strip plane and direction of travel of mentioned strip and at the same time in direction to the beginning or the end of strip movement in plane perpendicular to strip plane and parallel to mentioned strip direction of travel.
EFFECT: improvement of treated strip.
