FIELD: building industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to technical service and operation of vehicles and can be implemented under conditions of restricted space. Here is disclosed the method of arranging modules of mechanised car parks of elevator type each of which contains a vertical continuous chain conveyor with platforms secured on chains of the conveyor and providing pass-through vehicle driving through them. The modules are arranged one after another so, that driving of a vehicle to further modules is performed through ones standing in front; for the purpose of which in all modules except the end one there is foreseen not less, than one free platform for pass-through driving of vehicles; also bearing structures of composed modules are tied between them or they are made common for the whole structure; notably, composed in such way modules have one common drive, which initiates motion of the required module conveyer through clutches.
EFFECT: decreased area of car parks assigned for driveways and increased reliability of operation, eliminating necessity of using only underground space.
