FIELD: building industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to shut-off filling devices. It consists of a flat case with a pass-though channel with inlet and outlet openings for a cable piece; the passive end of which is assembled in a seat in the case, while a free end is drawn through the pass-through channel, forms a loop and is fixed in the channel by means of a shut-off mechanism consisting of a fixing element spring loaded with a locking spring; the fixing element is made in form of a roller interacting with flat inclined surface of a slot communicating with the pass-through channel. The case is equipped with a lug, wherein a directing slot for the piece of cable is formed; the slot is coaxial to the pass-through channel and communicates with the outlet opening. The passive end of the cable is bent to the opposite side and is assembled in the seat made in form of an elongated blind slot. At least part of the bent end is made rigid.

EFFECT: upgraded resistance of device to unauthorised opening.
