SUBSTANCE: the closing-sealing device has a section of wire rope, whose passive end passes through the hole in the hosing and is tightly fixed, and the other free end of the wire rope at closing is pulled with formation of a loop through the closing mechanism consisting of a housing and an inlet and an outlet for the wire rope and with two flat surfaces inclined to the longitudinal axis of the wire rope section spring-loaded by the spring of the holder with mounting faces with oppositely lying sides for the fixing components made in the form of two rollers, the cover is installed on the housing perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the wire rope section. The holder is provided with symmetrically located flat chamfers and longitudinal bulges relative to the axis of the central hole, the chamfers are positioned on the front wall of the holder in the plane perpendicular to the axis, and the bulges - on the oppositely lying sides of the mounting faces in the plane parallel with the axis, the outlet for the wire rope is made in the shoulder formed in the cover and is conjugate to the conical hole made on the inner side of the cover.
