FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, after recovering reserves of deposit, technological delay in operation of producing and injection wells is undertaken. Then analyzed is state of residual oil reserve. Determined is main direction of working agent movement in development of deposit. Started for operation is injection well located in this direction and positioned in monolithic section of bed and supposed positioning of residual oil reserve. Determined are boundaries of movement of residual oil reserve according to watering of recovered product in surrounding producing wells. Started in center of residual oil reserve is injection well. Oil is recovered through surrounding producing wells. EFFECT: high efficiency.
