SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poser engineering. The proposed combined cycle electric generating plant consists of internal combustion engine (ICE), generator, rotodynamic machines, heat exchangers, connecting pipelines, cooling fluid circuit and that of heat insulation wherein ICE exhaust gas and cooling heat is recovered with the help of working medium of only one turbine without using low-boiling liquid units.

EFFECT: recovery of maximum possible amount of heat released by ICE.
