FIELD: power engineering; heat energy-to-electric energy conversion. SUBSTANCE: steam condensing heat is used in plant to convert working liquid in boiler into steam again. Plant has main cooler and auxiliary cooler, both consisting of compressor, condenser, cooling agent after cooler, cooling agent evaporator and cooling agent superheater. Working liquid evaporator and cooling agent condenser are spaces of one heat exchanger which is boiler. Working liquid condenser and cooling agent evaporator are spacers of other heat exchanger. Working steam superheater, air heater and cooling engine superheater are arranged in combustion chamber. As a result, heat of combustion fuel is used only for producing useful energy.
