FIELD: physics; measurement.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to measuring techniques. The device comprises a metallic current conducting heat-sensitive element, put on an electrically insulating substrate. The heat-sensitive element on the substrate is put inside a case, made from material with high thermal conductivity, and electrically insulated from the case. The case is in form of a right-angle prism or a straight cylinder, the height h and characteristic dimension of the base L, of which satisfy the relationship h<<L. The surface of one of the bases of the case is made with maximum thermal emissivity (εT max>0.5), and the other base and lateral surface of the case are made with minimum thermal emissivity (εT min<0.5). The device is installed in one of two positions such that, for each position, the surfaces of the bases of the case are parallel the surface of the analysed section of the spacecraft.
EFFECT: simplification of the design with increased accuracy of measurements.
