FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medicine, more specifically to paediatrics and pulmonology. The essence of the said method lies in determining the quantity of circulating endothelial cells in peripheral blood before and after three months of treatment. If the endothelium level is below the initial level by 1.5 times or more, the amount and duration of anti-inflammatory therapy is considered sufficient, with reduction of its amount and switching to the previous stage of treatment. If there is no change, therapy is considered inadequate, thus requiring correction of the initially prescribed dose of medicine or longer treatment. Use of this method allows for more accurate evaluation of effectiveness of treating children with bronchial asthma.
EFFECT: more accurate evaluation of effectiveness of treating children with bronchial asthma.
