Effect of invention is achieved by retransmitter identifying basic station list it can detect and further transmitting information describing this basic station list to specific base station, signals of which are transmitted by retransmitter. Basic station control device receives indicated information from basic station and can use it to refresh list of neighbours.
EFFECT: improved operational properties of system due to network topology assessment.
