SUBSTANCE: protective helmet contains outer shell alike a peaked cap with straps, equipped with Velcro fasteners, and plastic case with crimps, inserted into the outer shell. Crimps of occipital part of the case are equipped with elastic crossbars. The needed size of the helmet is set by squeezing the crimps and fixing the size with Velcro fasteners.
EFFECT: enhancement of protective properties.
