FIELD: medicine; orthopaedics and traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: substance of the technique consists in completion of bone defect with orthotopic structural spongy cortical allograft of femoral or shin condyles respectively. Herewith the allograft is modelled by planting point in surgical intervention with stable fixation to a parent bed.
EFFECT: application of the given invention allows recovering the damaged structure metaepiphysis of femoral and shin bones and developing mechanically valid and long-term support for stable implantation of common components of knee joint endoprosthesis.
