SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and may be applicable to the replacement of pronounced defects of the bones forming the elbow joint with its total endoprosthetics. Model an individual impactor by means of a computerized tomography and creation of a 3D model, the shape of which corresponds to the leg of the endoprothesis, selected in the course of preoperative planning. Print the impactor made of polymer material on a 3D printer. Introduce the endoprosthesis until it is firmly planted and strengthened with bone cement in the prepared canal tubular bone allograft, the length of which corresponds to the length of the defect of the brachial or ulnar bone. Lay and compact the bone allochrome in the medullary canal of the operated bone. Ream the intramedullary canal in the center. Form a bed by prepared individual impactor, insert there the endoprosthesis leg with the planted allograft and fix with bone cement before it is joined to the bone diaphysis. Perform osteosynthesis with a plate, fixing the bone allograft to the bone being reconstructed.

EFFECT: method allows to prevent intraoperative bone rupture, to reduce the risk of periprosthetic fracture in the long-term period, to increase the strength and durability of fixation of the endoprosthesis.
