FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing the fractured posterior edge splitter of cotyloid cavity in posterolateral access from the bone wound side. Capsule and muscle attachment thereto is retained. Tendinomuscular pedicle is produced by separating muscles from the iliac bone to make transverse notches thereon in chess-board arrangement. Posterior edge splitter of cotyloid cavity osteosynthesis is carried out after reposition without skeletting it and suture is applied layer-by-layer over the wound. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; repaired congruent articulation surfaces; prevented aseptic necrosis occurrence. 1 dwg
