FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process and can be used during the manufacturing of axisymmetric details, used in the capacity of fixing furniture. On received by punching blank it is applied antifriction coating and it is implemented heating of blank up to the temperature of half-hot spinning. Spinning is implemented in matrix with cavity, allowing beveled bottom. Blank allows dimension in cross section, which is less the dimension of specified cavity and lugs in the form of longitudinal ribs. Ribs are equidistant to each other by blank contour. Before spinning blank is installed in cavity of matrix by bottom edge on bevel of cavity bottom with support by longitudinal ribs on its walls. After spinning received detail is cooled.
EFFECT: it is provided hardening increase of used production tools.
