FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly to tempering method of hard alloys on the basis of tungsten carbide for boring tool. Alloy is heated up to the temperature higher 1100°C and cooled in 6-11 % aqueous solution of Breox Thermo A on the basis of ethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol copolymer.
EFFECT: method provides increasing of alloy hardening and service durability of the tool.
