FIELD: engineering industry.

SUBSTANCE: this method may be used for manufacturing of rotordynamic machine blade, namely fan rotor blade, for instance blades with wide chord. Counterdiffusion material containing powder and binding agent is applied on the surface of at least one pair of primary parts facing each other. The material is locally baked according to preliminary specified pattern by means of laser beam of local action. As a result of heating in baking zone there created are connections between particles of the said powder, also there is diffusion between the powder particles and primary parts material. The removal of counterdiffusion material is performed from the areas not treated by laser beam. After parts assembling there performed is diffusion welding at isostatic pressure and parts superplastic forming with the help of inert gas.

EFFECT: method provides high accuracy of pattern limits of applied counterdiffusion material, allows excluding its viscosity control and remove any contaminations before welding, namely remnants of organic binding counterdiffusion material decomposition.
