FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates metal-working treatment, particularly to vibromechanical treatment. Facility contains antechamber and end support bearing, member, vibration exciter, allowing tappets with polygon profile, and retaining roller. Tappets with polygon profile are installed concerning blank in places, corresponding areas of antinodes of harmonics in blank. Retaining rollers are spring-loaded to tappet with defined effort. Antechamber and end support bearing are implemented with ability of spring loading driven into revolution of blank with providing of stiffness factor regulation.
EFFECT: it is reduced residual processing stress level and it is provided its uniform distribution lengthwise the detail ensured by amplitude modulate action for blank, it is reduced processing time and it is reduced process energy content.
