FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metal working and can be used during manufacturing of long-length axisymmetric shafts at mechanoerecting plants. It is installed shaft on bearings and it is loaded by variable bending and rotational moments on resonance frequency. Resonance frequencies are defined from transient period at step frequency variation of applied to shaft vibration. Vibromechanical treatment is implemented with management of vibration parametres by length of shaft in mode of amplitude modulation and regulation of bearings' rigidity in all directions of shaft treatment on the basis of data about distribution of thermal fields, vibration parametres and deformations in working longitudinal and cross sections of shaft. It is specified maximal vibrational amplitude in sections of shaft with maximal temperature, which are defined according to data about distribution of thermal fields. In the capacity of longitudinal section of shaft, in which it is implemented treatment by bending moments, it is applied plane, corresponding maximal load at drive into moment of shaft barring in vibration exciter with application of changing load. In the capacity of working cross sections of shaft - sections, corresponding units and antinodes with maximal achieved working frequency component.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness and productivity of treatment, there are reduced locked-up stresses lengthwise blank and also time and energy intensity of process.
