SUBSTANCE: device comprises circular chamber 3 which envelope cutting tool 4 and is in communication with source of cutting medium; said chamber is provided with holes 5 arranged around the circumference and at an angle to longitudinal axis of the tool (drill). Novelty resides in making the chamber in the form of ionizer with at least two negative 6 and positive electrodes. Negative electrodes 6 are disposed in holes 5 of chamber 3 while cutting tool 4 serves as positive electrode. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
