FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of ceramic and composite materials. The exothermic mixture consisting of the nitrided metal oxide and energetical component is inflamed in the air at the atmospheric pressure with using of the aluminium nanopowder as energetical component. TiO2 or ZrO2 in quantity 60-80 mole % are used as nitrided metal oxide.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify the technology and to make cheaper the obtained product.
