FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns catalytic organic metal compositions. Invention claims catalytic composition for olefin polymerisation, including contact product of at least one metallocene, at least one organic chrome compound, at least one calcinated chemically modified solid oxide, and at least one organic aluminium compound, where: a) metallocene features the following formula: (X1)(X2)(X3)(X4)M1, where M1 is titanium, zirconium or hafnium; where (X1) is cyclopentadienyl or substituted cyclopentadienyl; where substitutes of (X1) are aliphatic groups or hydrogen; where (X3) and (X4) are halide; where (X2) is cyclopentadienyl or substituted cyclopentadienyl; where substitutes of (X2) are aliphatic groups or hydrogen; and b) organic chrome compound is a compound of the following formula: ii) Cr(η6-C6R'6)2, where R' is independently hydrogen or alkyl radical with 1-6 carbon atoms; and c) chemically modified solid oxide includes solid oxide modified by at least one electron-accepting anion source. Also invention claims method of preparing described catalytic composition, and method of olefin polymerisation involving contact of at least one monomer type to claimed catalytic composition in polymerisation environment.
EFFECT: obtaining polyolefins with extra wide molecular weight distribution.
