SUBSTANCE: described is a catalytic composition for polymerisation of olefins, containing a product of reacting: 1) at least one ansa-metallocene compound of a group 4 metal, having cyclopentadienyl type bridging ligands, 2) optionally at least one organoaluminium compound and 3) at least one activator. Described is a method of producing a catalytic composition for polymerisation of olefins, involving bringing into contact compounds 1), 2) and 3), a method of polymerising olefins olefins in the presence of the described catalytic composition under polymerisation conditions, a polymer obtained using this method, an article containing the obtained polymer and an ansa-metallocene compound.

EFFECT: obtaining polymers with low level of long-chain branching.
