FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compounds of hydraulic fluids used in shock absorbers, in systems of hydraulic drive and hydraulic control of machines operated in the open air at operating oil temperatures in the volume depending on the pump type. Hydraulic fluid consists of a mixture of base 1 used as oil base and obtained by means of hydraulic cleaning, hydraulic paraffin removal with the subsequent hydrogenation of narrow diesel fraction (340°C-KK), base 2 used as oil base and obtained by means of hydraulic cleaning, and hydraulic paraffin removal with the subsequent hydrogenation of narrow diesel fraction (250-340°C). Fluid consists of the following, wt %: base 1 - 35-55, base 2 - 45-65, additives - thickening one - 2.2-3.2, zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate - 2.2-3.8, dispersing one - 1.2-2.0, and antifoam one - 0.001-0.010.
EFFECT: improving viscosity and temperature characteristics: increasing viscosity index, decreasing kinematic viscosity at 30°C below zero, decreasing solidification point, and reducing foam formation tendency.
