FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field. Particularly it relates to manufacturing of rolled stock high-duty by method of thermomechanical treatment. For hardening, fluidity, elongation, impact elasticity, rolled stock cold-resistance it is implemented steelmaking, containing, wt %: C- (0.03-0.20), Mn-(0.50-2.20), Si-(0.10-0.20), Nb-(0.01-0.15), Al-(0.01-0.10), Ti-(0.005-0.05), N-(0.002-0.012), S-(0.0005-0.010), P-(0.003-0.030), Fe - the rest and additionally - V-(0.01-0.15), Mo-(0.25-0.60), Ni-(0.01-0.80), Cr-(0.01-0.80), Cu-(0.01-0.80), continuous casting for slabs, austenisation, prestrain in area of recrystallisation temperature austenite with total deformation ratio 50-80% and with reduction per stand 12-20% per pass in direction crosswise slab axis, definitive deformation at temperatures lower the recrystallisation temperature of austenisation with total degree of deformation 60-80% lengthwise the slab axis and accelerated cooling, at that rolled stock cooling in the range of temperatures γ→α transformation 850-450°C is implemented with rate 5-30 grad/s, and in the range of temperatures 450-100°C with rate 0.1-0.01 grad/s.
EFFECT: fortification, yield, elongation, impact elasticity, cold resistance of rolled stock.
