FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field. Particularly it relates to high-duty rolled stock manufacturing by method of thermomechanical treatment. For increasing of strength, yield, elongation, impact elasticity, cold resistance of rolled stock it is implemented steelmaking, containing, wt %: C- (0.03-0.20), Mn-(0.50-2.20), Si-(0.25-0.60), Nb-(0.01-0.15), Al-(0.01-0.10), Ti-(0.005-0.05), N-(0.002-0.012), S-(0.0005-0.010), P-(0.003-0.030), Fe -the rest and additionally - V-(0.01-0.15), Mo-(0.05-0.20), Ni-(0.01-0.80), Cr-(0.01-0.80), Cu-(0.01-0.80), continuous casting into slabs, austenization, prestrain in the range of temperatures of austenite recrystallisation with total degree of deformation 50-80% ad with reduction per stand 12-20% per passage along the lines across the slab axis, definitive deformation at temperatures lower the temperatures of austenite recrystallisation with total degree of deformation 60-80% lengthwise slab axis and rapid cooling, at that cooling between preliminary and final deformation is implemented accelerated at a rate 5-15 deg/s, f cooling in the range of temperatures 850-450°C is implemented at a rate 5-30 deg/s, and in the range of temperatures 450-100°C at a rate 0.1-0.01 deg/s.
EFFECT: hardening, increasing of fluidity, elongation, impact elasticity, cold-resistance of rolled stock.
