DECORATIVE ANODISED, WELL-STRAINED, WITHSTANDING HIGH MECHANICAL LOADS ALUMINIUM ALLOY, METHOD OF ITS MANUFACTURING AND ALUMINIUM PRODUCT MADE OF THIS ALLOY Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC C22C21/04 C22F1/05 C25D11/04

Abstract RU 2355801 C2

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alloy of the system Al-Mg-Si, method of its manufacturing, and also to ,manufactured of it structural element. Alloy contains following components, wt %: silicon from 0.3 up to 0.9, magnesium from 0.1 up to less than 0.5, iron up to 0.2, copper from 0.1 up to 0.4, manganese from 0.03 up to 0.2, titanium 0.01, zirconium and/or chrome and/or vanadium overall from 0.08 up to 0.22, strontium from 0.005 up to 0.1, zinc maximum 0.04, silver is absent or maximum 0.005, unavoidable admixtures discretely maximum 0.02, unavoidable admixtures overall maximum 0.15, aluminuim is the rest, at that mass ratio of silicon to magnesium is from 1.8:1 up to 3.3:1, and mass ratio of iron to strontium is from 3:1 up to 5:1. Method of manufacturing of structural element made of aluminium alloy includes melting of aluminium material with more then 99.7 wt % of aluminium, casting of alloyed aluminium melt into ingots or continuous molten blank for rolling, ingots homogenisation or continuous molten blanks for rolling, hot and, if necessary, fabrication for receiving of mold coarse structural component, chemical and/or electrochemical surface treatment of mold coarse structural component, including anodic oxidation.

EFFECT: aluminium alloy allows well forming processing ability, accommodate strength and plasticity and available for decorative anodisation.
