FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction industry, and namely to designs of sealing strips used for doors and windows. Flexible profiled sealing strip used for windows, doors or other similar constructions, and having an upper part with a rear wall, which is made in the form of a hollow profile, and wherefrom comes a lower protruding part for the sealing strip to be fixed in anchor slot of the window, door or another similar construction, and opposite which the hollow profile has a support section that is adjacent with one of its ends to transverse section coming from rear wall. Support section is adjacent with its other end to the lower side of sealing section that protrudes on both sides of support section beyond its limits and that is connected by a connection section on its end facing the rear wall to one end of rear wall. Cross section of sealing section and connection section when sealing strip is in unloaded condition has, if to look from external side of the sealing strip, a concave rounded profile, and both those sections come together at an obtuse angle (β) in the direction to the outside thus forming a triangular profile.
EFFECT: improving sealing effectiveness.
