SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sealing device of a moving leaf made as a sliding or lifting and sliding leaf of a window or a door. The device for sealing in a longitudinal direction and in joint area 9 of the first leaf movable on running bus 20, made as sliding leaf 3 or lifting and sliding leaf of window or door 1 and displaced in a plane towards outer side 23 of the second leaf made as frame 7 of immobile panel 4, or for sealing of a similarly movable leaf made as a sliding leaf includes sealing pad 16, which seals joint area 9 or transition area of leaves 3, 4 and contains at least one sealing tape 21 located in a longitudinal direction or in a direction of movement on an outer side, in parallel to running bus 20, on first sliding leaf 3, providing sealing of sliding leaf 3 in a transverse direction, wherein sealing pad 16 is made permanent, and it has cutout 18 located on a section from outer side 17 towards middle 22 of a surface of sealing pad 16 and, in a mounting position, located in a longitudinal direction or in a direction of movement of sliding leaf 3 detecting sealing tape 21, wherein at least one edge 25 of cutout 18, detected on outer side 17 of sealing pad 16, with closed sliding leaf 3, tightly fits at least one boundary surface of sealing tape 21, which provides correspondence to thickness of material of sealing pad 16. At the same time, sealing pad 16 is made as a flat seal, and it has at least two solid sealing layers 35, 36 of different materials.
EFFECT: obtainment of a sealing device for a sliding leaf of a window or a door.
