FIELD: weaponry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace vehicle tracking and can be used for determining the accuracy of guiding the missile to the target and controlling final conditions of their approach. For this, first, the time is determined at the moment of missile firing. Second, the range to the target and to the missile during the missile firing is defined. The magnitude of actual miss is taken to be the distance between the missile and target at the moment of missile firing. Actual and trajectory misses are compared to estimate the missile guidance accuracy.
