FIELD: physics, measurements.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring the concentration of luminescence agents by laser-luminescent concentration metres. In compliance with the proposed invention, the optical fiber tip rests perpendicular upon the flat or generating cylindrical surface of the carrier by three thrust ledges, and in fixed position, with no contamination of laser fiber and spectrum fiber end face. The specimen is illuminated by laser beam, and the graph of spectral distribution of a part of reflected laser beam in the form of peak and a part of luminescent flow in the form of hill are output on the computer display. Note that the hill shape allows judging upon the composition of luminescence agents, while the measured coefficient of luminescence excitation allows measuring the absolute concentration of luminescent agents with the help of graduation graph.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement, higher efficiency and nice chances of application in various branches of science and technology.
