FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of instrument making and may be used for production of visible images of objects that emit or scatter infrared (IR) and submillimeter (SM) electromagnet emissions (EME). In order to achieve technical result, target is additionally introduced in device, which transforms images of objects radiating in SM range. Additionally introduced and specially installed optical elements (lens antenna and two mirrors) provide for visualisation of not only IR but also SM radiations. At that possibility is provided for matching of images of objects observed in SM and IR ranges.
EFFECT: visualisation of submillimeter and infrared radiations.
