FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to electrical power engineering and can be used for mounting 6÷35 KV electric power lines. The device is performed as monoblock entirely fabricated at manufacturing plant and consisting of head 2 and phase insulating elements 3.4.5. Head 2 represents T-shaped framework structure in the form of shortened cross-member 6 with flat plate 7 and tilted shoulders 8, 9. Wires 1 are fixed on insulators 3, 4, 5 in fanned manner, specifically: wire of middle phase 3 is located vertically, and wires 1 of outside phases 4, 5 are located at an angle α to horizontal 11. Angle value is determined from relation: 2H2(1-sinα)+H(b+s)cosα+0.5bs sinα+0.25(s2+b2)-L2=0, where L is size of rated air gap between neighboring wires 1; H is construction height of insulators used, s is length of cross-member 6 horizontal section, b is length of each of tilted shoulders 8, 9 of cross-member 6. Depending on type of tower on which suggested device is mounted, cross-member 6 attachment fitting is respectively executed.
EFFECT: reducing mounting costs, improvement of operation reliability and lowering cost of device performed as compact monoblock entirely fabricated at manufacturing plant.
