FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of data transmission networks. Substance of invention consists in the fact that local and remote system of locks control comprises at least one electronic control device, which provides for control of electronic/electromechanical locks locally from electronic keyboard and remotely from web-network supporting TCP/IP protocol and program of locks remote control for local and remote control of electronic/electromechanical locks at least via one control device. Every lock is connected to its own control facility having its own IP-address. In directly connected configuration, system has several electronic locks, control devices for every lock that act as web-server for any user of Internet/Intranet network, who wants to remotely connect to this device. In hierarchical configuration, system has several locks, from which only one has web-server, all locks are connected to network, and user addresses to parametres of all other control devices via the main control device.
EFFECT: provision of monitoring and control of electronic/electromechanical locks without their connection to local network.
