FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in the device for induction heating, current-conducting wire made of flexible copper insulated wire forms flat strip with forward and reverse branches the ends of which are terminated by bayonet connectors, and throughout the length of forward and reverse branches of current-conducting wire, semi-oval cores of magnet conductor made of amorphous alloys band are uniformly fixed. These cores are in maximum proximity to the surface of heated object. To fix current-conducting wire throughout its length fastening elements made of insulation material are used, and to fix induction heating device itself on heated object, tie bands passing through fastening elements over forward and reverse branches of current-conducting wire are additionally introduced: buckle and panel with lock. Herein, magnet conductor, current-conducting wire with fastening elements made of insulation material and additional panel are accommodated in case made of mechanically strong fabric protected by case made of heat-resistant material, and tie bands pass through holes in case.
EFFECT: improvement of ease of operation and efficiency of device.
