FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by spring onions cutting, freezing and mincing. Horseradishes are blanched and minced, tongue is minced. Above mentioned components are mixed with bone broth, sugar, table salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of black bitter pepper and the laurel leaf. Then prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.
EFFECT: product digestibility improvement.
