SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by mutton cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing, garlic and raw onions cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing, asparagus and coriander leaves freezing and mincing, mixing of specified components with plums puree, table salt and CO2-extract of black hot pepper, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new canned space food features increased digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
