FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by raw onions and white vegetables cutting, blanching and straining, porcini mushrooms and lemons cutting and blanching, asparagus cutting and freezing, wheat flour browning in margarine, mixing of listed components with table salt, hot black pepper and laurel leaves under oxygen-free conditions, fish fillet cutting, packing of fish fillet, obtained mixture and fish broth in the predefined ratio of ingredients, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
