FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of production of fish-and-vegetable preserved food for space meals. Preserves are cooked by raw onions and white roots cutting, blanching and straining, porcini and lemons blanching and mincing, asparagus freezing and mincing, wheat flour browning in melted butter, fish fillet mincing. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with white dry wine, fish broth, culinary salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of bitter black pepper and laurel leaves. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
