FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: mutton is cut and fried in vegetable oil. Onions are cut and browned in vegetable oil. Raddishes are cut and blanched. Chinese chives and parsley leaves are chopped and frozen. The said components are mixed at the oxygen-free conditions with acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium acetate and black bitter pepper. The obtained mix and vegetable oil are packed. Then sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
