FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to orthopaedic dentistry and can be used in making smooth conic denture implant. A dental implant comprises an intraosseous part with its free end provided with longitudinal sections to form petals, a coronal part with a setting head, a screw-like stay element. Along the axis of the intraosseous part, there is a threaded channel with a tapered area towards the longitudinal axis of the implant. The channel contains an axially movable stay element with its distal end performed to interact with petals of the intraosseous part being tapered. The tapered area of the axial channel is arranged at level of upper petals.
EFFECT: eliminated injuries of osseous tissue in impaling, reduced engraftment time and ensured high-durable fixation in bone bed at prevented risk of inflammatory complications and implant rejection.
